Simply blend 450 ml fresh pecan milk (or 800ml water and 2 cups of pecans, soaked overnight), 3 pitted dates, 1/2 ripe banana, 2 tbsp Manuka honey, 1 tbsp Lucuma powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla powder...   Voila!
