In a large skillet, heat some oil. Place the pork
chops into pan. Cook each side for 4 minutes until chops are golden brown. Take pork
chops out and place in baking dish.
Place 2 sliced onions and 2 sliced apples into the skillet. Pour in about 1/4 cup of cider and deglaze pan while tossing apples and onions. Add rest of cider and let simmer for 5 minutes uncovered or until liquid reduces a bit.
